Brand New Website
Hello friends, I am surely not clear as to where January and February went! Suffice to say 2008 is off to a fantastic start. The holidays were a wonder of travel and family visits, followed by snowstorm after snowstorm around our mountain home.
We are excited to report that our new website is launching. We will be beta testing new features including an archive of past Art of the Song programs that will have a commenting function for you to post your impressions and dialogue with other listeners. Many of the artists we have interviewed have said that they will check in to answer questions about their work as their tour schedules permit. It is a dream come true to have this opportunity to open our ongoing discussion about creativity to include you, the listener. You are after all, the most important part of the equation.
Another amazing feature is the affiliate station map. There are now 160 broadcast outlets airing Art of the Song, which is incredible in itself, but the really fun feature is surfing around this Google map and seeing what it does.
